鱼油乙酯在超亚临界二氧化碳中溶解度的测定和关联

摘    要:在25℃、40℃和50℃下,测定了含二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)共77.59%的鱼油乙酯在超亚临界二氧化碳中的溶解度,并得到了相应条件下的EPA和DHA的分离度。用PR和SRK方程对所测溶解度数据进行了关联。

Abstract:The solubilities of fatty acids ethy1 esters containing 77 9% eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)in CO 2 ranging from 6 MPa to 16 MPa at 298 15 K,313 15 K and 323 15 K were determined,and correlated by using PR and SRK EOS.The average separation coefficients for EPA and DHA at the same conditions are 1 138,1 433 and 1 397 respectively.
