| 摘 要： | 采用优化方法进行公差设计难以结合设计经验，为此，提出了基于约束网络的公差设计方法，深入讨论了公差设计约束网络模型的构成，以及利用区间过滤机制的模型求解算法框架，并阐述了实际公差设计约束协调系统的结构及工作原理。最后给出了该方法在减震器弹簧公差设计中的应用实例。

| Abstract: | Problems of the optimization methods in tolerance design are discussed.This paper constructs the tolerance design model to balance the quality loss and manufacturing cost,solves and detects the potential conflicts with an interval algorithm obtain the consistent tolerance design spaces. The architecture and implementation of the constraint coordination system are also presented. In the end, a sample of spring absorber tolerance design is introduced. |
