纤维素酶改性提高思茅松漂白KP浆打浆性能

摘    要:采用NOVOZYM476纤维素酶对思茅松漂白KP浆的酶促打浆进行了研究,探讨了该酶在不同反应体系下对思茅松漂白KP浆打浆性能、纸浆物理性能和纤维形态的影响.结果表明,NOVOZYM476纤维素酶在pH值4.8和温度50C条件下,各组分酶活都达到最大值;当酶用量为0.05u/g时,能够显著提高打浆性能,降低打浆能耗,且对纸浆物理性能没有太大影响;酶处理最佳温度范围为50~60℃、最佳pH值为4.8~5.8;酶处理使纤维平均长度降低、平均宽度和平均扭结指数增加.

Abstract:In this paper, enzymatic refining of Simao pine bleached kraft pulp with the high performance cellulose NOVOZYM 476 was studied.
