FDM位置控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了实现FDM中的三轴控制,设计了一个以工控机和PCL-839步进电机控制卡为硬件平台,Windows操作系统为软件平台的开放式、模块化的位置控制系统,包括硬件选型和软件设计,软件设计方面简单介绍了驱动程序和应用程序的设计及它们之间的通讯方式。

Abstract:In order to control the three- axis of fuse deposition modeling,designed a open, modular position control system with industrial PC and PCL - 839 stepping motor control card as hardware plat- form, Windows operating system as software plat- form, which include the hardware selection and the realizing of the software, at the software, the driver program and application program and means of communication between them had been introduced in brief.
