井内喷空工况压井方法研究

摘    要:钻井中井内钻井液喷空是一种严重的井控事故,由于常规井控方法无法使用,研究井内喷空时的非常规压井方法就十分必要。通过研究压回法、动态压井法、动力压井法与动量压井法等4种方法的原理和工艺过程,对每种压井方法的适用性及特点进行了总结和比较。根据以上比较和总结,得出了井内钻井液喷空工况下非常规压井方法的优选方法,并对现场空井实施非常规井控提出了切实可行的措施和建议。

Abstract:Empty well fluid was a serious blowout accident.Because conventional well control methods could not be used,it was necessary to study unconventional well killing methods when the well was empty.By studying the principle and technological process of bull heading,dynamic-state killing,dynamic well kill and momentum well kill,the adaptability and characteristics of each method were summed up and compared.According to the comparison above,then optimal alternative of unconventional well killing methods are obtained.Some practical measurements and suggestions are put forward to guide the empty well control.
