板坯电磁搅拌参数的优化研究

摘    要:本文对板坯电磁搅拌在现场使用过程中的参数进行优化,考察了搅拌辊对面安装时,搅拌参数变化对板坯铸机铸坯内部等轴晶率的影响。研究表明,对于200mm×1380mm断面的低碳钢,搅拌模式的影响最显著,最佳的搅拌参数为:电流强度400A,电源频率5Hz,搅拌方式为连续,搅拌模式为三环型。板坯电磁搅拌经过优化后,应用效果显著,低碳钢的等轴晶率可提高20%。

Abstract:The parameter of EMS adopted in Slab Continuous Caster is optimized in this paper, and the effects of different parameters on the isometric ratio in slab are researched with stirring rollers installed face to face. The results show that the application effect of EMS is obvious according to the low carbon steel with the section dimension of 200mm × 1380mm, and the key parameter is stirring pattern. The optimal parameters are obtained as 400A, 5Hz, alternating stirring and double butterfly pattern. The remarkable effects of EMS are obtained through the optimizing, and the isometric ratio in low carbon steel is increased by 20%.
