摘    要:研究并建立了磺酸盐多元复配表面活性剂中烷基磺酸盐和烷基苯磺酸盐的含量检测方法。分别采用相滴定法和紫外分光光度法测定磺酸盐总含量和烷基苯磺酸盐的含量,考察了烷基磺酸盐和烷基苯磺酸盐之间的相互影响,及烷醇酰胺、OP-10、聚合物NP-3等干扰作用对磺酸盐总量及组分含量检测的影响,对磺酸盐体系的定量条件、指示剂的用量、无机盐(Na2SO4、KCl)的影响等因素进行了研究。结果表明,不存在干扰作用时,该方法检测磺酸盐总量及烷基苯磺酸盐含量的误差分别在2.0%和0.4%以内。OP-10、烷醇酰胺、聚合物NP-3、无机盐等因素单一干扰时,磺酸盐总量和烷基苯磺酸盐含量检测的最大误差分别为3.0%和0.8%;在这些因素共同干扰作用下,磺酸盐总量和烷基苯磺酸盐含量检测的最大误差分别为3.0%和1.2%。该方法操作简便、准确、可靠性强,可用于三次采油用表面活性剂中磺酸盐总量及组分含量的测定。

Analysis on the Quantitative Determination of Sulfonate Complex Systems for Oil Displacement

Abstract:A new method was developed for quantitative determination of alkyl sulfonate and alkylbenzene sulfonate under multifactor interferences.The total concentration of sulfonate was determined by two-phase titration method,and the concentration of the alkylbenzene sulfonate was determined by UV absorption spectrometry.Several factors such as the condition of the determination,the amount of indicator,the amount of inorganic salts(Na2SO4 and KCl) as well as the effect of various interference factors including the interaction between alkyl sulfonate and alkylbenzene sulfonate,alkanoamide surfactant,OP-10,NP-3,etc were investigated.The results indicate that the experimental errors of the determination of sulfonate and alkylbenzene sulfonate are respectively within 2.0% and 0.4% without any interference factor.The maximum errors of the determined sulfonate and alkylbenzene sulfonate are 3.0% and 0.8% respectively under single interference factor;while the maximum errors of the determined sulfonate and alkylbenzene sulfonate are 3.0% and 1.2% respectively under multifactor interferences(alkanoamide surfactant,OP-10,NP-3).In general,this method is simple,convenient,accurate,reliable and the sulfonate surfactant could be determined by the method.
