摘    要:噻丙腈是德国Schering公司于20世纪80年代开发的丙烯腈类杀虫剂,可用于防治马铃薯甲虫、梨木虱、菜蛾等害虫,具有结构新颖、高效、对作物安全、对蜜蜂及鱼类低毒等特点,是一种具有发展潜力的杀虫剂。介绍了噻丙腈的合成,对其进行了生物活性测定。并经核磁验证其结构。室内生物活性结果表明,该化合物对鳞翅目幼虫及蚜虫有优异的杀虫活性,同时发现其对朱砂叶螨也具有一定的活性。

Abstract:Thiapronil was acrylonitrile insecticide which was developed by Germany Schering in the 1980s.It can be used to control potato beetles,pear psylla,moth and other pests.Thiapronil is a potential pesticide with relatively new structure,high efficiency,crop safety,low toxicity to bees and fish,etc.In this paper thiapronil was synthesized and its structure was confirmed by ~1HNMR.The results of biological activities evaluated in the greenhouse indicated that thiapronil has good activity against lepidoptera larvae and myzus persicae.Some activities against tetranychus cinnabarinus were also discovered.
