光纤纵联保护装置中单相重合闸存在的问题和解决方法

摘    要:通过分析CSC-103光纤电流差动保护装置在双侧电源时单相重合闸的动作行为,指出了光纤纵联保护装置中单相重合闸存在的缺陷,并提出了基于系统设备现状下的解决办法,更进一步分析介绍了耦合电压判据的单相自适应重合闸原理。该判据区分瞬时性和永久性故障正确率高,且简单、易行,在现实应用可以根本性解决缺陷。

Abstract:Through the analysis the action of single-phase reclosing of CSC-103 optic fiber current differential protection device,when in bilateral power souse,pointed out single-phase reclosing defects of fiber-optic pilot device,and puts forward some solutions based on system status quo,further introduces the single-phase adaptive reclosing principle of the coupling voltage criterion.This criterion can drew a quite artificial distinction between permanent fault and transient fault,and is simple and feasible,it can solve defect fundamentally in real application.
