3,3',4,4'-二苯醚二酐的合成工艺研究

摘    要:以N-甲基-4-硝基邻苯二甲酰亚胺为起始原料,二甲基亚砜为溶剂,亚硝酸钾为催化剂进行偶联反应,所得偶联产物经水解、酸析、无水化合成3,3',4,4'二苯醚二酐。对影响偶联反应的因素反应温度和反应时间进行了考察,通过优化反应条件,确定了最佳反应温度为165℃,最佳反应时间为11h,偶联产物的质量收率最高为43%。

Abstract:3,3',4,4'-oxydiphthalic dianhydride was synthesized with 4-nitro-N-methylphthalimide as starting material,dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) as solvent and potassium nitrite as catalyst.After coupling reacting,hydrolyzing, separating out in acid condition,dehydrating,the final product was obtained.The influencing factors such as reaction temperature and reaction time were studied.The result showed that the best reaction temperature is 165°C and reaction time is 11h.Under the above condition,we get the best yield 43%in coupling reaction.
