锌替代锂铁氧体单晶研究

摘    要:本文采用助熔剂法,在具有坩埚加速旋转的单晶炉内成功地生长出Zn替代锂铁氧体单晶系列。所获单晶完整、光泽,最大线度可达6mm。经X射线衍射分析确定单晶为单相尖晶石型锂锌铁氧体,利用原子吸收分光光度计确定其Zn含量。对单元分子式中锌含量为0~0.5范围内的单晶系列,测量并研究了如下性质:零温度磁矩N_B、室温4πM_S、居里温度T_C、磁矩温度关系M_S-T、磁晶各向异性常数K_1、晶格常数a,以及它们与锌含量间的关系。文中对单晶的有关磁学问题也作了一些讨论。

Abstract:The growth of Lithium-Zinc ferrite singlt crystals from a Pbo/B2O3 flux was studied in the present work. X-ray diffraction showed that Li-Zn ferrite was composed of mon-phasic disordered single crystals. Some measurements of magnetic properties were performed, and the dependences of zero-temperature moment, curie temperature, the relationship between saturation magnetisation and temperature, magnetic anisotropy K1 and lat tice parameter on Zn content were discussed respectively.
