激光精确焊接工艺在惯性仪表研制中的应用

摘    要:为解决石英挠性加速度计(简称石英表)研制生产中存在的耐环境条件能力薄弱、合格率低、可靠性差等问题,对其中表芯的封装,采取了用激光精确焊接代替胶封连接的工艺措施,提高了表芯连接处的强度,保证了批生产产品的高可靠性,满足了型号使用要求。

Abstract:In the research and production of the quartz flex accelerometer (brieflys, quartz meters), many problems have become the bottlenecks such as the weak adaptability to bad conditions, low qualification rate and poor reliability. In order to solve these problems, exact laser welding technic is adopted to take the place of the original encapsulation method by glue when encapsulating the sensor part of the quartz meter. The new technic strengthens the intensity of the joint and increases the reliability in batch production. As a result, the application of the new technic satisfies the requirements of the products.
