UV/Fenton/柠檬酸体系光催化氧化孔雀石绿研究

摘    要:光助芬顿反应是一种基于羟基自由基反应的高级氧化技术,为进一步提高光催化作用的效果,研究以柠檬酸为催化助剂,提出了UV/Fenton/柠檬酸体系光催化氧化有机污染物的新方法。以孔雀石绿为底物,考察了Fe2+浓度、初始pH值、柠檬酸浓度、H2O2的用量等因素对脱色效果的影响,获得了光催化氧化孔雀石绿的优化实验条件。结果表明,在Fe2+浓度为5 g/L,pH控制在3.0~5.0之间,柠檬酸浓度在0.8 g/L,30%H2O2用量在0.1 mL/mL溶液的条件下降解效果良好,在20 min之内,孔雀石绿的脱色率达到90%以上。

Abstract:Photo-Fenton reaction is a kind of advanced oxidation process based on hydroxyl radical reaction.In order to improve the performance of photocatalytic oxidation,the degradation of organic pollutants UV/Fenton/citric acid system was studied.The influential factors,such as concentration of Fe~(2+),pH value,citric acid concentration and concentration of H_2O_2 were investigated.The results showed that the optimized operation conditions are: Fe~(2+) concentration, 5 g/L;pH 3.0~5.0;citric acid concentration,0.8 g/L;H_2O_2 concentration, 0.1 mL/mL.Under the optimal operation conditions,the decolorization rate of malachite green is over 90% in 20 minutes.
