钢桥面防腐蚀方案的比较与选择

摘    要:以防腐蚀涂层的关键性能--结合强度为评价指标,结合工艺试验和施工经验,对近年来国内桥面防腐蚀中采用最多的电弧喷锌防腐蚀涂层、无机富锌防腐蚀涂层和环氧富锌防腐蚀涂层3种方案进行比较了研究,结果表明,环氧富锌涂层为目前钢桥面防腐蚀采用的最佳涂层.

Abstract:A comparative study was made with re-spect to three kinds ol most widely used projects for the corrosion protection of steel deck plate. Thus the electric arc sprayed zinc coating, inorganic zinc - rich coating, and epoxy resin zinc - rich coating were compared with a view to the adhension to substrate and the process and construction tests as well. It was found that the epoxy resin zinc - rich coating could be the best currently a-vailable candidate for the corrosion protection of the steel deck plate.
