介孔Ag_3PO_4光催化剂的制备及其光电性能研究

摘    要:将水热和化学合成法两种方法用于制备具有介孔结构的Ag3PO4光催化剂。运用XRD、SEM、N2吸附-脱附曲线、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、光催化降解等技术手段对介孔Ag3PO4的形貌结构、光电性能等进行表征。实验结果表明,化学合成法制备的Ag3PO4材料具有明显有别于普通Ag3PO4颗粒结构和表面形貌,且材料的吸收边发生红移,带隙能减小,对可见光吸收增大。此外,光电性能测试表明,介孔Ag3PO4具有比普通颗粒Ag3PO4更高的光生电流密度,光响应更好。与普通的Ag3PO4颗粒相比,此方法制备的介孔Ag3PO4材料对2,4-二氯苯酚的光降解效率显著提高,光催化活性增大。

Study onSynthesis and Photo-electric property of Mesoporous Ag3PO4

Abstract:In this article, a new type of Ag_3 PO_4 catalyst was synthesized by hydrothermal method and chemical synthetic method. XBD, SEM, N2 adsorption, UV - vis diffuse reflectanc spectroscopy and electrochemical analysis were used to investigate the phase structure, morphology and photo - electric properties of the obtained mesoporous Ag_3 PO_4 catalyst. The results showed that morphology of the obtained Ag_3 PO_4 have a obvious difference to general Ag3PO4, and the absorption edge of the new catalyst was redshifting. The photocatalytie activities were tested by degradation of 2,4 -Dichlorophenol aqueous solution under visible light. All the results indicated that mesoporous Ag_3 PO_4 has a better photecatalytic activity than general.
