铈对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗中叶绿素含量的影响

摘    要:本文以小麦种子为材料,分别用四组溶液对小麦种子进行处理,研究了一定浓度的Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗中叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:当用浓度为0.8%NaCl溶液对小麦种子进行盐胁迫时,溶液中含10mg/L的Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6能够提高幼苗叶绿素的含量。这表明铈对于小麦种子的萌发生长具有一定的调节作用,在一定程度上能降低盐胁迫对小麦种子的危害。

Abstract:In this study, the seeds of wheat were soaked with certain concentration of Ce( NH_4 )_2 (NO_3)_6, the influence of Ce( NH_4 )_2 (NO_3)_6 on the physiological effect of wheat seed under hyperhaline stress was investigated. The results showed that the Ce (NH_4)_2 (NO_3)_6 treatment of 10mg/L concentration raised the content of the chlorophyll, when the seedlings had been immerse with 0.8% NaCI. We discovered that Ce obtained a certain recover in growth activity when Ce was added in- to conditioning fluid under salt treatments, and Ce was detected to reduce the hazard from salt stress.
