锅炉汽包水位系统的AFSMC-PID串级控制研究

摘    要:锅炉汽包水位系统是一个典型的变参数、强扰动的对象,常规的PID-PID串级控制难以满足控制要求。针对此问题,设计自适应模糊滑模控制器(AFSMC),该控制器基于带积分补偿的变结构控制器,并利用自适应模糊控制方法,把滑模控制器中的不确定项进行模糊逼近。利用李亚普诺夫函数证明了控制器的稳定性。将AFSMC-PID串级控制策略应用到锅炉汽包水位控制系统,内回路采用PID控制快速消除给水流量的扰动,外回路采用AFSMC控制克服蒸汽流量的扰动。仿真结果显示此控制方法具有较强的鲁棒性和良好的跟踪性能。

Abstract:Water level system of boiler drum is a typical controlled process with parameter-varying and force disturbance.Due to these characteristics,good control quality can't be gained when using the normal PID-PID cascade scheme.In this paper,an adaptive fuzzy sliding mode controller is proposed.The controller is based on sliding mode controller with integral compensation.The uncertainties were fuzzed based on fuzzy theory.The stability of the proposed controller is shown using Lyapunov method.The proposed AFSMC-P...
