核级截止阀三维流场的数值模拟研究

摘    要:针对核电站使用的截止阀工作状态下的结构特点,基于计算流体力学理论,采用Realizable?K?Epsilon湍流模型以及Enhanced Wall Treatment处理方法,研究截止阀内部流场的压力、速度及流动状态等流场特性。结果表明,由于受对流影响,阀体中部壁面处速度过大,易对阀体内表面造成损害;阀体下方存在较大的旋涡,此处涡流形成的剧烈湍动造成湍动能增加,是流动过程中能量损失和振动的主要原因之一。研究结果对核级阀门的设计及优化具有参考作用。

Study on Numerical Simulation of 3D Flow Field in Nuclear Grade Globe Valve

Abstract:In view of the structural characteristics of the nuclear globe valve under working conditions in nuclear power plants,based on the computational fluid dynamics,the Realizable-K-Epsilon turbulence model and the Enhanced Wall Treatment method are used to study the flow field characteristics of the interior flow field of globe valve such as pressure,velocity and flow regime.The results manifest that due to the influence of convection,the wall in the medium of the valve body shows a relatively higher velocity which is easy to cause damage to the inner surface of the valve body.There is a large vortex below the valve body where the violent turbulence formed by the vortex causes a increase of turbulent kinetic energy which is one of the major reasons for energy loss and vibration in the flow process.The conclusion of this thesis attaches great significance to the design and optimization of nuclear globe valves.
