摘    要:采用国产层析用氧化铝为吸附剂研制了^188W-^188Re发生器,以生理盐水为淋洗剂,在10mL的收集体积内,^188Re的收率至少在三个月内可稳定在70%-80%(在衰变校正后)淋洗曲线的重现性很好,峰位置基本不变,得到的^188Re组分有极高的核纯度和放化纯度(〉95%)且其中铝的含量,钨的漏穿都很低。

Abstract:The preparation of 188W- 188Re generator using alumina chromatography column was studied. The yield of 188Re from a generator with 10mL 0.9%NaCl as elution was 70%- 80% and stable for a three- month period. The elution curve of 188Re from alumina column was reproducible. The radionuclide purity, radiochemical purity, chemical purity and the breakthrough of 188 Re were satisfied.
