温冷复合成形工艺参数对零件精度的影响

摘    要:温冷复合成形因同时具有热成形与冷成形的优点而被越来越广泛的应用。研究了温冷复合成形工艺参数即变形温度、变形程度及变形速度对零件精度的影响规律。试验结果表明,在成形温度范围内,零件精度随变形温度的增加而下降,随变形速度以及变形程度的增加也稍有下降,但下降都较为平缓。此研究为温冷复合成形工艺参数的制定及优化提供技术基础。

Abstract:The process of warm and cold composite forming is used more and more widely because of simultaneously owning both advantages of hot-forming and cold-forming.The influence rule of warm and cold composite formation process parameter, namely, deformation temperature, deformation extent and deformation velocity was studied. Experimental results show that the part accuracy decreases with temperature increasing, and slightly decreases with deformation extent and deformation velocity increasing within the rage of deformation temperature. The experiment provides technical base for establishing and optimizing process parameters.
