摘    要:由于高温化学镀镍在应用方面的局限性 ,因而低温化学镀镍的研究越来越受到人们的重视。本文阐述了低温化学镀镍的特点 ,总结了国内外在化学镀镍低温化方面的研究成果。

Abstract:In view of the facts that high temperature electroless nickel plating are not applicable to those materials with low softening point, study of electroless nickel plating at low temperature has been emphasized. Main features of low temperature electroless nickel plating were described, and studies of low temperature electroless nickel plating home and abroad were summarized.
