摘    要:设计了一种基于峰值采样原理的高速光接收电路,该光接收电路为克服光电二极管的光电流拖尾现象,引入了峰值采样电路对光脉冲的波峰信号进行检测,解决了传统方案中采用比较器直接比较导致的占空比失真的问题,实现在更高速度下的光探测和信号处理。利用Spice软件对该光接收电路进行了仿真,并对仿真结果进行分析。仿真结果表明:峰值采样电路可准确探测光电流的峰值信号,整体光接收电路可达到20 MHz以上的探测频率,对传统光接收电路占空比失真的问题有较大改善。研究结果对高速应用场合下的光接收电路的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:A high speed optical receiver circuit based on peak sampling is proposed. The receiver circuit introduces positive peak detector to sample the peak signals of light pulse to overcome long tail of light current in photodiode. It solves the distortion of comparator and realizes the light detecting and signal process in higher speed. Spice is used to simulate the structure of optical receiving circuit, and the simulation results are analyzed. The simulation results indicate that peak detector can detect the positive peak signal accurately, the light-detect frequency of whole optical receiving circuit reaches 20 MHz with improving the pulse width distortion of traditional optical receiving circuit. The results has important significance for the development of light receiving circuit in high speed occasions.
