为了在棉纺设备上生产中长芳纶纯纺纱,根据中长芳纶纤维蓬松性好、纤维长度长、整齐度好、摩擦因数较大、极易产生静电等特点,在生产过程中应选择适宜的工艺流程,合理优化各工序的工艺参数,并采取在生产前加0.3%的抗静电剂进行预处理,相对湿度控制在55%～60%之间等技术措施,成功地开发生产了29.5 tex、14.7 tex中长芳纶纯纺纱,成纱各项质量指标达到顾客要求.

According to the speciality of better loftiness,longer fiber length,better regularity,bigger friction factor and more static,suitable processing circulation and processing parameters of each process were chosen and optimized to spin medium aramid fiber pure yarn in cotton spinning equipment,pre-treatment of adding 0.3% antistatic agent was adopted before production,and the relative humidity is controlled between 55% and 60%,29.5 tex and 14.7 tex pure yarn of medium aramid fiber were developed,and the yarn is up to the customer's demands.
