| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种清洁生产型电镀与涂装前处理工艺.其配方及操作条件为:50%盐酸(w=34%)、45%水,2.5%ZN-A促进剂和2.5%ZN-B促进剂,室温脱脂(除油)、浸蚀(除锈).该工艺操作简单,生产效率高,成本较低.

| Abstract: | A cleaner production for pretreatment process of electroplating and coating was introduced.The formulation and process conditions are as follows:HCl(mass fraction 34%) 50%, H2O 45%, accelerator ZN-A 2.5%, accelerator ZN-B 2.5%, degreasing and derusting at room temperature.The process features simple operation, high production efficiency and low cost. |
