柔软剂对BTCA免烫整理棉织物性能的影响

为了提高BTCA整理棉织物的免烫性能,比较研究了反应型氨基有机硅柔软剂和非反应型聚乙烯柔软剂对BTCA免烫整理效果的影响。结果表明:氨基有机硅柔软剂对免烫整理效果的促进作用要好于聚乙烯柔软剂,但整理后织物的强度损伤略高,耐磨性也不如聚乙烯柔软剂;2种柔软剂对BTCA免烫整理的增强效果在家用洗涤中都可以得到较好的保持,但不能增强BTCA整理织物中酯键在家用洗涤过程中的耐水解性。

Effect of softeners on the durable press finishing of cotton fabric with BTCA

For improving the durable press performance of BTCA finished cotton fabric, the reactive aminosilieon-based and polyethylene-based softeners were selected as additives to compare their effects on the performance of cotton fabric finished with BTCA. The results showed that the improvement of wrinkle recovery angle of fabric finished with BTCA/aminosilieon softener was better than that finished with BTCA/polyethylene softener, however, its negative impact to the tensile strength of the finished fabric was a little bit bigger and also the improvement of flex abrasion resistance was less. The data also indicated that, although the softeners could improve the durable press performance of the fabric and the effect could be retained during home laundering, the resistance to hydrolysis of ester bond was not improved by the addition of the softeners.
