| 摘 要： | 为提高螺杆泵采油工艺水平,结合二连油田实际情况,通过逐步完善优化设计技术、测试诊断技术及相关配套工艺,进一步提高了螺杆泵采油工艺的适应性;并通过测试分析,总结出扭矩与动液面、转速、含水、泵型、盘根盒松紧程度等生产参数的基本规律,以指导现场管理.从而进一步提高了工艺和现场管理水平,为扩大螺杆泵井应用规模,延长检泵周期奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | To enhance production technology level of screw pump,the basis law of production parameters, such as working fluid level,rotate speed,water cut,pump type, degree of tightness of stuffing box,were tested,analysed and sumed up, forming a complete set of the technology,which can direct field management. It is the base of delay pump inspection period. |
