| 摘 要： | 介绍了深圳市腾科系统技术有限公司研发的非织造布的低面密度纤维喷胶技术TechAdhesion TAF。该工艺可满足25~3 600 mm极大复合宽度要求和0.5~150 g/m2加工面密度的需求,满足透气喷胶的高技术要求,其产品强度比采用传统复合方式的产品提高30%~50%。

| Abstract: | TechAdhesion TAF,a spray technology with glue of low area density for fiber opened by Shenzhen TechAdhesion Systems Ltd.was introduced.The technique can meet the needs of wide widths of products with 25~3 600 mm and 0.5~150 g/m2.It is also can meet the needs of high performance of spray finishing with permeability.The strength of products produced by this kind of technique could enhance 30%~50% than that of products manufactured by traditional laminating process. |
