摘    要:丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺共聚合成了高分子超强吸水树脂,讨论了原料配比、温度、中和度、引发剂用量、交联剂用量对产品性能的影响。得到了最佳聚合反应条件:单体质量比为5:1,反应温度70℃,中和度70%,引发剂用量为单体总量的0.1%,交联剂用量为单体总量的0.01%。在优化条件下制得的产品纯水吸收倍率2653.0g/g,生理盐水吸收倍率137.2g/g,保水性能佳。同时,得出主要实验因素对产品性能的影响,并对产品应答性能进行测试。

Abstract:The super - absorbent compound polymer was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization using acrylic acid and acrylamide as raw material. Some key factors affecting the hygroscopicity of the polymer such as the monomer ratio, reaction temperature , the neutralization degree of acrylic acid, the amount of initiating agent and crosslinker have been discussed. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions are as fol- lows : the mass ratio of acrylic acid to acrylamide 5 : 1, reaction temperature 70 ℃, the neutralization degree of acrylic acid 70%, the amount of initiating agent 0.1% , the amount of crosslinker 0.01%. Under such condi- tions, absorption rate of super - absorbent polymer for pure water and salt water was up to 2 653.0 g/g and 137.2 g/g respectively, which showed the polymer had good water retentivity. Some distinct factors influencing the properties of the product were obtained and the product was evaluated.
