步进电动机的软件脉冲分配

摘    要:介绍了一种步进电动机软件脉冲分配的方法。按照要求的脉冲分配顺序将步进电动机的绕组通电节拍制成表格,软件采用查表的方式取出通电节拍输出到功放电路。采用软件环分,降低了硬件成本,提高了驱动电源的可靠性,便于实现变拍驱动。提出了步进电动机绕组通电状态保存和恢复的方法,解决了驱动电源上电后电动机转轴发生偏移的问题,提高了步进电动机的定位精度。

Abstract:A type of software allotting pulses method for step motor has been presented in this paper. The electrifying rhythms of the motor windings are tabled according to the pulse-allotting order demanded by the motor. By means of table-checking, the software takes out electrifying rhythms and outputs them to power amplifying circuits. The cost of hardware is lowered, the reliability of the driving power-supply is raised and the drive of variable rhythms is easy to be realized by the use of software circular-allotting. The method that how the electrifying state of the step motor windings is saved and restored is also introduced in this paper. The excursion problem of the motor shaft after the driving power-supply's being electrified is solved and the positioning accuracy of the step motor is raised.
