多通道飞轮组件测试系统的设计

摘    要:针对飞轮组件在测试过程中所面临的测试个数多、测试项目多的特点,而且要求对测试数据有强大的后处理功能的实际需求,设计了这套可同时测量最多6个同种型号飞轮组件的测试系统,并通过选用不同的转接箱,达到可测量多种型号飞轮组件的目的;详细描述了系统的组成、各部分的功能、总体结构、硬件的配置及其软件的设计等内容,并给出了系统的测试原理及测试结果;该系统不仅使飞轮组件的测试从手动到自动,还利用了网络,实现了真正意义上的远程操控,使工作人员不到现场就不能测试这一顽疾得以解决;实际应用证明,该测试系统可靠性高,使用方便,灵活,能够满足飞轮组件的测试要求.

Abstract:aimed at flywheel components in the course of testing by the number of tests, tests and more characteristics of the project, but test data requirements for a strong post-processing features to the actual demand, this design can simultaneously measure up to six types of flywheel with the test system components, through the use of different transfer boxes, a variety of models to achieve measurable flywheel components purposes. The composition of the system, the part of the function of architecture, hardware configuration and software design are described, the testing of the system theory and test results are given. The system not only makes flywheel components from the test manual to automatic, but also by using the network to achieve a real sense of the remote control, thus, it is no problem to finish the test even if no any staff in person to control, the actual application show this measurement system has high reliability and it can meet the demands for test requirements.
