催化裂化柴油加氢精制—临氢降凝生产低凝柴油

摘    要:介绍哈尔滨炼油厂为满足北方冬季油品市场的需求利用原设计的柴油加氢精制反应器和闲置的柴油加氢改质反应器改造为加氢精制-临氢降凝一段串联组合工艺装置,生产出了-35号低凝柴油。三种原料方案的试验结果表明,以催化裂化轻柴油为原料,低凝柴油的液体收率最高,催化剂生焦量最小,运行周期最长。

Abstract:An original designed diesel hydrofining reactor and an idle diesel hydro upgrading reactor were transformed to a hydrofining hydrodewaxing integration unit for producing -35# low solidifying point diesel fuel. The test result showed that among the three test feeds, FCC LCO feedstock had the highest liquid yield and lowest coke deposition as well as longest running cycle.
