摘    要:建筑信息模型(BIM)是近年来发展十分快速活跃的领域之一,其是以三维数字技术为基础,通过数字信息仿真模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息。论文系统介绍了BIM的概念及其操作理念并且说明了BIM在绿色节能方面所发挥的作用。运用BIM技术建造数字模型,通过虚拟模型来控制和分析一系列事件,同时也达到建筑的节能设计。

Abstract:Building information modeling (BIND is very quick and active in one of the areas of development in recent years, Based three-dimensional digital technology, through the building of the simulation of digital information with real information. The paper introduced the concept of BIM, and its operating philosophy and illustrates the role of BIM in green energy, The use of BIM technology to build digital models, control and analysis of a series of events in the virtual model, but also achieve the construction of energy-saving design.
