下马岭水电站珠窝大坝裂缝处理

摘    要:针对珠窝大坝廊道内及溢流坝面产生的裂缝问题,在分析了裂缝产生原因的基础上,采用嵌缝和嵌缝与灌浆相结合两种方法,对大坝裂缝进行了处理。嵌缝材料选用901堵漏剂、PU弹性密封膏、丙乳砂浆以及环氧砂浆,灌注材料采用LW型水溶性聚氨酯。裂缝经处理后,混凝土表面干燥,裂缝处未见渗水现象发生,裂缝处理取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:For solving the crack problems occurring inside the galleries and on the overfall dam face of Zhuwo Dam,and on the basis of analysing the causes producing cracks,the crack treatment was performed using two methods of caulking crack,i.e.,simply caulking, and caulkmg crack combined with grouting. The sealing agent 901,elastic tight paste PU,PAE mortar and epoxy slurry were used as caulking materials.water soluble polyurethane marked LW was adopted as grouting material.After crack treatment the surface of concrete becomes dry and seepage phenomenon doesn't occur at all places of cracks.
