摘    要:通过对液压动力系统电机的电流值和电压值的实时采集并结合各环节效率参数,设计了上位机软件用于在线监测液压动力系统的输入功率和输出功率,为液压系统的状态监测提供了一种新的方法.该方法的应用将进一步完善液压系统在线状态监测的手段,有力地提高液压系统的智能化监测水平.

Abstract:Based on the real time collection of current value and voltage value at the electromotor in the hydraulic drive system, and the computation of the efficiency parameters, the online monitoring and measuring of input and output power for the hydraulic drive system by the software of PC machine was realized. It provides a new way for the status monitoring and measuring of hydraulic system.
