| 摘 要： | 针对某船用柴油机连杆螺栓频频断裂，详细探讨了螺栓断裂的分析方法。在调研的基础上，对连杆螺栓的设计强度进行校核，理论分析了异常情况下的受力，并对样品进行了预紧力测试、疲劳对比试验研究和材料分析，最后通过断口分析给出了某船用柴油机连杆螺栓发生断裂的原因。

| Abstract: | The method to analyse the bolt-breaking reasons is discussed in this paper. Based on investigation in detail,the strength of a connecting rod bolt is verified and theoretical analysis is given under the abnormal condition. Through the sampling pretightening test, fatigue failure experiment and material analysis, the reason, why bolts are broken,is presented by analyzing fracture in the end. |
