涂层碳纤维增强镁基复合材料

摘    要:通过溶胶-凝胶法,采用含有机添加剂的正硅酸乙酯醇溶液,经二次水解、缩聚、干燥和烧结在碳纤维表面形成均匀SiO2涂层。该涂层改善了碳纤维与镁合金基体的润湿性,实现了低压液相浸渗制备C/Mg复合材料,并提高了复合材料的阻尼性能。

Abstract:The carbon fiber coating with SiO2 film was formed by sol-gel. The new process adopted the solution of TEOS with organic additives,and went through two-step hydrolysis procedure,polycondensing,drying and sintering. The results show that the SiO2 film improves the wetting property between fiber and alloy. And C/Mg composite is prepared under a low pressure infiltration and the damping property is improved.
