| 摘 要： | 陶瓷工业是我国六大耗能工业之一，在陶瓷生产过程中，要消耗大量的热能，由于技术和设备等方面的原因，热能浪费现象十分严重，应用热管技术，可有效地利用热特别是实现余热利用，产生无污染热风，用来干燥陶瓷原料和坯体，和为窑炉的助燃风，以降低燃料消耗。也可以利用热管余热锅炉，提供生产生活用汽，以提高陶瓷工业的热效率。

| Abstract: | A great deal of heat energy is consumed in the process of ceramics production.The application of heat pipetechnology enables an efficient use of heat energy, esp.in the way of generating non-pollutant hot air by meansof waste heat utilization,to dry raw materials and green bodies of ceramics or supply combustion air for furnacesso as to reduce the fuel consumption. Heat pipe technology can also be used in waste heat boilers to supplydomestic steam to enhance the heat efficiency of ceramic industry. |
