高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中邻苯基苯酚的含量

建立了一种快速简便地测定化妆品中邻苯基苯酚的高效液相色谱法。实验以乙腈-水（v/v,65∶35）为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长245nm,进样体积5μL,检测化妆品中的邻苯基苯酚,结果显示邻苯基苯酚的保留时间为6min左右,线性范围5～100mg/L,化妆品样品中的最低检出限为0.01%,平均回收率为86.7%～99.9%,精密度（RSD）为0.9%～1.39%。该方法样品处理快速简便,分析方法准确可靠,适用于对各类化妆水、护肤膏和护肤霜中的邻苯基苯酚含量进行监控。

A Simple Determination of the o-Phenylphenol in Cosmetic Samples by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

A fast and simple high-performance liquid chromatography method for the o-phenyl phenol（OPP） in cosmetic samples was developed.The OPP in cosmetic samples were eluted at a flow-rate of 1 mL/min using a RP C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） with a mobile phase,mixture of acetonitrile and water（v/v 65：35）,and monitored at 245nm.Good linearity were obtained in the range of 5～100 mg/L and the limit of detection in cosmetic samples was 0.01%,the recoveries of OPP in cosmetic samples ranged from 86.7%～99.9%.This method is simple,fast and reliable for determining the o-phenyl phenol levels in practical cosmetic samples.
