摘    要:介绍一起220 kV GIS设备发生W相线路侧接地故障造成三相开关跳闸的情况,通过故障检查认为,跳闸是由设备内部绝缘件表面附着油迹,造成设备在运行中发生内部闪络放电引起的,通过深入分析设备内部绝缘件表面出现油迹和发生绝缘击穿的原因,提出加强设备安装与运行维护中对抽真空设备管理的建议。

Abstract:This paper introduces the situation of three-phase switch trip caused by earthing fault of W-phase line-side of a 220 kV GIS equipment.By the fault test result,that trip was due to the oil attached to the surface of the internal insulated part,leading to internal flashover discharge during the operation,analyzes in-depth the cause of the oil attached to the surface of the equipment internal insulated part and insulation breakdown occurred,and proposes the improvement for strengthening the equipment installation and the management of the vacuum equipment during the operation maintenance.
