磨削裂纹产生机理和预防措施

摘    要:磨削加工在机械制造行业中被广泛应用。经热处理淬火的碳素工具钢和渗碳淬火钢零件,在磨削时常常出现大量较规则排列的裂纹,它直接影响零件的质量。从磨削裂纹产生机理分析入手,分析了产生裂纹的原因,从而找到预防裂纹的方法。

Abstract:Grinding process has been widely used in the machine ry manufacture.The parts of tool steel and carburization hardened steel through he at treatment has often appeared grinding cracks. It influences the quality of th e parts. This article analyses the mechanism of grinding crackle and finds the p recautionary method.
