| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了金刚石锯片的发展历程、最常使用的金刚石锯片生产工艺流程,并对其成本进行了分析。从影响金刚石锯片生产成本的各个方面,提出了降低金刚石锯片生产成本的方法。重点分析了金刚石的品级、粒度和浓度对成本的影响,论述了金刚石锯片金属胎体的选择,金刚石表面金属化在金刚石锯片生产中的使用以及改进锯片的结构和生产工艺对成本优化的影响。

| Abstract: | Diamond blade's development preocess and technological flow chart and production cost analysis as well were investigated.Several optimized methods for saving diamond blades production costs were proposed based on analysing and utilizing its main influencing factors,laying emphasis on the diamond grade,granularity and concentration.And also the effects on costs optimization of the choices of the blade matrix metal,the usage of diamond's surface metallization technique in production,the improvements of blade structure and producing flow chart,etc, were discussed. |
