摘    要:郭士纳结合IBM的核心竞争力提出了“随需应变”的思想,从而在全球刮起了“随需应变”的飓风。在这股飓风的袭击下,中小企业在发展过程中也应该结合自己的比较优势,去面对这股飓风,去随需应变。

Abstract:Louis V.Gerstner,Jr.put forward an idea of "Business on Demand" based on IBM core competitiveness,which then resulted in blowing the hurricane of "Business on Demand" in the world.With the influence of the hurricane,the MSEs must integrate their comparable advantages during the development to face with the hurricane and change on demand.
