摘    要:本文通过实验室不同工艺方案的试验,探讨了悬浮铸造对低铬白口铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明,悬浮铸造能细化低铬白口铸铁组织,改善碳化物的形态和分布特征,使冲击韧性提高87%。

Abstract:The effect of suspension casting on structures and properties of low Cr white cast iron through different technologies in the laboratory has bcen studied.The results obtained indicate that by suspension casting the struture of casting can be fined, the morphology and distribution of carbides can be improved. The impact toughness is increased by 87%.
