摘    要:针对可调平面五杆机构多任务轨迹综合问题,提出了一种基于遗传算法的机构优化综合方法.以机构实际实现轨迹与给定轨迹任务的位置误差最小为目标函数,建立可调五杆机构的多任务优化模型,并采用遗传算法进行优化,容易得到全局最优解.在进行变异操作时,采用根据个体适应度自适应调节变异率和变异量的方法,有效提高了进化速度和求解精度,并用数字实例阐述了这一方法.

Abstract:The method of track synthesis for adjustable planar five-bar mechanisms for multitasks based on Genetic Algorithms is proposed in this paper. The mechanism optimization model of multi-tasks is established by taking the minimum of square of the error between the actual trajectories and beforehand ascertainableness trajectories of the position as the goal function. And the global optimization solution is gained by using the Genetic Algorithms. When it uses mutation operation in order to effectively improve the evolutionary speed and the accuracy of the solutions, a method that can adaptively adjust mutation rate and mutation value according to fitness of individual is used. And one numeric example is given to illustrate the method.
