混合动力汽车发动机调速系统研究

摘    要:调速系统不但能改善混合动力汽车发动机自身的转速品质,还可以降低发动机和电机的不同步产生的振动和噪声,从而提高整车舒适性。采用改进的PID控制算法建立了电控直喷汽油机调速系统控制模型,并根据发动机转速响应特性,对比例、积分和微分参数进行整定。调速试验表明,该PID调速系统降低了发动机转速振荡,减少系统响应时间,有效地提高了整车的性能。

Abstract:Speed governor plays an essential role for HEV system for not only improving the engine speed characteristics,but also for decreasing the vibration and noise due to the non-synchronization between engine and motor,subsequently improving the passengers' comfortability.The speed governing model was established for electronically controlled direct-injection gasoline engine by the improved PID control arithmetic,where the proportion,integration and differentiation are adjusted according to responding characteristics of engine speed.The experiment showed that this PID speed governing system could reduce the surging of engine speed and shorten the system responding time,consequently improve the vehicle performance.
