碳纤维编织性能的研究

摘    要:探讨了碳纤维在手动横机上编织纬平针和1+1罗纹组织的难易程度和编织性能。指出,碳纤维模量高、纱线摩擦系数大、弯曲性能差、易脆断等性能是影响其编织的主要因素。通过调节给纱张力、弯纱深度、牵拉力等工艺参数,可改善碳纤维纱线的上机编织性能。通过对成圈过程中线圈曲率半径变化规律的分析,得出编织时最适宜的弯纱深度为13,且编织1+1罗纹较编织纬平针容易。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the feasibility and knitting property in knitting of weft plain fabric and 1+1 rib on hand-driven flat knitting machine by using carbon fiber yarns.It points out that the main factors that influence knitting of carbon fiber yarn may include its high modulus,larger frictional coefficient,bad bending property and easy brittle fracture.It also indicates that the knitting property of carbon fiber yarn can be improved through adjustment of yarn feeding tension,sinking depth,take-up tension and other parameters.According to the analysis on the changing law of curvature radius of loops,it can be concluded that the optimized sinking depth is 13 and knitting 1+1 rib is easier than knitting plain structure.
