摘    要:大规模定制是一种高效率、低成本满足用户个性化需求的生产模式,是处于信息时代纺织企业进行生产模式创新的必然选择.实施大规模定制生产,制造流程创新是关键,纺织企业应逐步开展计算机辅助设计和产品协同设计、计算机辅助制造和虚拟制造、需求集成以及供应链管理,其中信息化建设是基础.应逐步建立和完善用户关系管理系统、定制用户关系管理系统和集成MIS系统,其中组织创新是保证.组织结构设计应突出柔性和适应性.

Abstract:Mass customization is a production mode which can satisfied customers with high efficiency and low cost, and mass customization is a necessary choice for textile enterprise in information era. Creativity of producing circulation is key point in carrying out mass customization, and textile enterprise should carry out progressively computer auxiliary design & product synergistic design, computer auxiliary making & virtual making, demand integration & supply chain management. Information construction is the base, so customer relation management system should be established and improved progressively, and customization of customer relation management system and integration MIS system is also should be done. Organization creativity is the guarantee and organization structure design should stress on flexibility and adaptability.
