高频逆变电源新型软开关调功策略的研究

摘    要:详细分析了有限双极性控制策略应用在高频感应加热电源的软开关工作过程,理论上计算出有限双极性控制调节功率大小与电路中超前桥臂占空比的关系,并以TMS320F2812为平台进行了系统整体设计,实现功率调节、软开关控制和频率跟踪,提高了装置的效率与灵活性,并将控制方法进行验证。结果证明了此控制策略的可行性与合理性,在整个功率调节范围内实现了开关管的软开关,降低开关管的开关损耗。

Abstract:The power regulator process of soft-switching was analyzed in detail using the improved limited bipolar control strategy for high frequency induction heating power supply,Theoretically it calculated the relationship of adjustment power and the duty cycle of the ahead of the bridge arm.Dsp-centered system was designed,which is efficient and flexible to achieve power adjustment,soft switch control and frequency tracking.Experimental results show that the control strategy is feasible and reasonable.In the whole range of power adjustment,soft switch is realized,switching loss is reduced.
