10MW高温气冷实验堆工艺系统的辐射源及屏蔽设计

摘    要:介绍了10MW高温气冷实验堆(HTR-10)与氦冷却剂相关的工艺系统设备中的辐射源,并以QAD-CG程序完成了各设备间的辐射屏蔽计算。计算结果表明,工艺系统各设备中的辐射源强较低,即使对这些设备不进行附加屏蔽,其大多数设备外表面处的辐射剂量率仍满足限定工作区剂量率管理限值要求,并且对这些设备所在房间进行整体屏蔽的要求不高(10 ̄20cm厚的温凝土即可)。因此,建筑物结构设计厚度就能满足要求。

Abstract:The radiation sources in various equipment of process systems related to helium coolant for 10MW high temperature gas-cooled test reactor(HTR-10) are introduced. Calculations have been performed for the radiation shielding of various equipment rooms using the program QAD-CG. The results indicate that the radiant source intensities in these equipment are so low that the radiation dose rates outside most equipment are very small even without additional shield for them. This facilitates repair and maintenance of these equipment. Moreover, the requirements for integrated shielding of the rooms where the equipment is located are not strict, which can be met with 10 or 20cm-thick concrete wall that is demanded by the structure design of building.
