摘    要:分别采用浓HNO3,混酸(浓HNO3与浓H2SO4体积比为1:3)和酸性高锰酸钾法对多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)进行了纯化处理。利用超声法用醋酸铜和纯化好的碳纳米管在碱性条件制备了Cu2O/MWCNTs纳米复合材料。通过XRD、FT-IR、XPS、TEM对三种纯化方法所获得的MWCNTs和Cu2O/MWCNTs进行了对比分析。结果表明,酸性高锰酸钾法纯化处理的MWCNTs功能化效果最好,引入的活性基团相对较多且在表面分布均匀。

Abstract:Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) were purified with concentrated nitric acid,mixed acid(the volume ratio of concentrated nitric acid to concentrated sulfuric acid is 1:3),and acidic potassium permanganate solution,respectively.Cu2O/MWCNTs nano-composites were prepared by ultrasonic method in alkaline condition with Cu(Ac)2 and purified MWCNTs as raw material.Then the prepared Cu2O/MWCNTs and purified MWCNTs were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the best purified method is acidic potassium permanganate method.There are more active groups distributed uniformly on the surface of MWCNTs purified by acidic potassium permanganate solution.
